Directions
After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Not recommended for children under 12 years

fantastic! left my mouth feeling clean and fresh
Really amazed with how well this worked! It left my whole mouth feeling amazingly clean and my teeth appear much whiter then a couple of weeks ago when I started using it.

Minty goodness
This Total Care mouthwash is my go to for a whole mouth clean. I love the fresh and clean feeling I have after I use it. Great for a quick refresh between brushes as well. The whole family love it.
