Directions
After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20ml undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

I use this all the time but have been having trouble finding it in local super ,arrests. Is it still being made.
