Directions
After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Not recommended for children under 12 years

Very Strong
With this product, you can actually feel it killing the germs. It is a much stronger product than my regular Colgate mouthwash. I feel that the freshness lasted for longer. The taste of the product makes you know that it is mouthwash and it feels more serious than other brands. I like the product packaging and the information provided on the label. Though I couldn't tell if it was alcohol-free on the label. Overall, I would buy this product again.

Listerine is by far the best mouthwash on the market. I find it much longer lasting then competitors and would never change from listerine and recommend listerine to everyone

Great oral product for your hygiene arsenal
I have been using this ‘teeth defence’ mouth wash for a while now and can a I say how amazing. Every morning and night with the same routine, I can make sure that I keep my oral hygiene in check. As far as the burning, I am a firm believer in no gain without pain, this means the alcohol is doing its job. You can choose a different product if the alcohol is too much to handle but with this added extra step, I can count on Listerine Teeth Defence to help me and my mouth.

Less worry.
I found the mouthwash to be effective at keeping my mouth feeling fresh and clean for longer than not using it. It helped me to worry less about the health of my mouth too.

I thought the mouth wash was great. The bottle will last a while at 500ml. The bottle shape is a nice design and it was very easy to open the lid. The mint flavour was very minty and fresh which was nice and it wasn't too strong. A great product.

Listerine mouthwash is awesome!!!
Some mouth washes that I have previously used have been quite strong and sting your mouth, hence.. I would not give to my teenage boy.
I found the listerine mouthwash very refreshing and when my son tried it.... he has now decided to keep it!!

Wow! This Listerine mouthwash teeth defence really works! My mouth & my gums felt fresh & clean. I didn't get a bad aftertaste in my mouth like i do with other mouthwashes. No more bad breath here :D

Very strong but effective!
I enjoyed using this product, it is very effective and long lasting. My only criticism is how strong it is, my mouth felt burning after just a few swishes! Having said that though, it is probably the reason it lasts so long. I could still taste mint after eating breakfast!

After using listerine mouthwash teeth defence I could go about my day with confidence and fresh breath! It was nice tasting but i'm not sure of any long lasting results...
