Directions
After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. For children 6 to less than 12 years old: Rinse with 10mL undiluted for 30s, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Supervise children 6 years and over. Not recommended for children under 6 years

- If an excessive amount is accidentally swallowed or in the event of an adverse reaction, stop use and seek medical attention immediately.

Listerine Zero is just as good as the original. it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh all day. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great mouthwash
This alcohol free mouthwash is great because it doesn't burn my mouth and it leaves my mouth feeling fresh and minty.
